A MOTORIST has been taken to hospital after hitting a wall in Menston.
The incident happened on Derry Hill, near Derry Hill Farm, at 11.45am on Thursday, July 20.
The driver of a black Fiat Panda, a woman in her 40s, was trapped in the crash and had to be cut out by firefighters before being taken to hospital by ambulance.
West Yorkshire Fire Service sent two engines, from Ilkley and Shipley, to the scene.
West Yorkshire Police also attended and the road was partially closed before the driver was rescued and the damaged vehicle recovered.
