FIREFIGHTERS were called to a car fire in Station Road, Ilkley on Monday afternoon.
West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue received the call at 1.43pm and used two large jets to extinguish the fire. No one was injured.
The car owner had arrived at work in Ilkley just after lunch and was aware of an issue with his car, asking if he could nip back out to take it to the garage but smoke was seen coming from underneath.
