Peter Silson
A MISSING YEADON pensioner has been found safe and well.
The police helicopter had been called out to search for 80-year-old Peter Silson, who was last seen heading out for a walk at 10am on Saturday.
Police searched nearby countryside and appealed for information from the public to help find the missing man.
This afternoon a police spokesman said: "Peter Silson, from Yeadon, who was the subject of an earlier missing persons appeal, has been found safe and well.
"We are grateful to everyone who assisted in sharing the appeal."
