TALENTED pupils at the Northern Dance Centre in Ilkley and Skipton are celebrating extraordinary ballet exam success.
In a rare achievement, all of the children from Pre-Primary to Intermediate gained a Distinction. Principal Amy Addison said: “We have extraordinarily talented children in the school who work extremely hard, and with our gifted and dedicated teachers encouraging them they achieve their absolute best; it is wonderful and very well-deserved for them all to gain such high results in one session.”
Children and students are about to embark on a busy Summer term with I.S.T.D. and R.A.D. Ballet exams, plus Modern, Tap, Jazz, Folk Dance, National, Drama and Musical Theatre Exams, professional Sleeping Beauty Ballet Workshops, Scholarship Auditions, outdoor performances at charity events and finally a July Show before a three week International Summer School.
