ILKLEY mum Melissa Morton is celebrating as her business, Melissa Morton Garden Design, has been awarded a coveted HOUZZ Best of Customer Service award for 2017. This badge rates her business at the highest level for client satisfaction by the HOUZZ community which is an online forum for home renovation and design.
Melissa set up her garden design business five years ago after enrolling at Leeds Metropolitan University to study Landscape Architecture. The year spent at LMU followed a two year stint learning horticulture at Shipley College.She has since seen her business go from strength to strength, particularly over the last two years, with the introduction of a complete range of services ranging from complete garden design to her bespoke garden inspirations, planting design packages and one-off consultations.
Melissa said: "I'm so proud to receive this award; it recognises my commitment to my clients, providing the best service for them. I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work on some fantastic projects with clients wishing to create their dream garden. My one-off consultations have been particularly appreciated as they were created as a direct result of customer feedback and have been tailored for people who wish to transform or adapt their garden themselves but don’t know where to start.
