LAST Friday saw the grand opening of the new development Side Beck Grange in Addingham.
The development of 27 three and four bed properties opened to the public with the launch of its first show home.
The site saw a record number of potential buyers viewing the show home with 15 reservations to date and seven sales agreed over the weekend.
The luxury homes, which are available from £395,000 to £650,000 have been built by Mulgrave properties and are being marketed by national property consultant Carter Jonas.

The show home is open from 11am to 4pm Thursday to Monday.
