ILKLEY entrepreneur Richard Bye completed the London Marathon on Sunday in a time of four hours and 53 minutes.
Richard, who runs three businesses, including popular cycling brand Fat Lad At The Back, which he founded with his wife Lynn, was running to raise money for the charity MIND, after a heavy workload left him suffering mental ill health five years ago.
Now fully recovered he said: "My motivation for running with MIND is the fact so many people are suffering from the same mental illness yet are too scared to say anything."
At the time of going to press his fundraising total stood at £1,432.
