VET practice Kingsway Veterinary Group which provides care to animals from the surrounding areas of Wharfedale and Ilkley - has achieved the highest level of excellence from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and is the first in the area to be accredited with Veterinary Hospital status.
The coveted top level awarded by the Royal College, Veterinary Hospital accreditation involves a rigorous independent review and inspection to ensure the practice meets the very highest standards in delivering care to animals. Any practice in the UK is currently allowed to use the term ‘animal hospital’ but only those with the Royal College’s certification can be termed Veterinary Hospital.

In addition to the 24-hour Veterinary Hospital at its Otley Street headquarters in Skipton, Kingsway also has branches located in Silsden and Crosshills and operates a Farm division from Skipton Auction Mart.
