THOUSANDS of pounds of road maintenance work for two streets in Ilkley could be agreed by Bradford Council today.
Highways officers have shortlisted work on Ben Rhydding Road and Constable Road in its priority list of maintenance work for 2015/2016.
The projects, which will go before Keighley Area Committee today, Thursday, March 26, would cost a total of £65,000.
More roads throughout Ilkley and Addingham are on a special reserve list of maintenance work and surface dressing.
Ilkley ward councillor, Martin Smith (Conservative, Ilkley) highlighted the surfacing work done on ten other roads in Ilkey this year, and put the council’s agreement to do the work down to “careful and considerate” discussions.
