Pie and peas night raises funds for Parkinsons's UK

SARA Mortimer, manager at Homecroft Residential Home in Ilkley and Paul Wilson, activities manager for Queensland Care have raised £270 for the charity Parkinson's UK.

Gill Wiseman, of the charity visited Homecroft to be presented with the cheque.

The money was raised at the home's charity pie and peas events held at the Clarke Foley Centre in Ilkley and at Ilkley Carnival, when the home held a cake stall.
