A talented young animator has created her own preview of this Monday’s Ilkley Carnival using Lego figures.
Alice Bourgeois, 12, of Ilkley, used the plastic figures and accessories to depict the carnival parade making its way along The Grove and Brook Street.
The theme of the carnival this year is The Yorkshire Tour, but she came up with some imaginative ideas to show the kind of colourful and lively costumes often depicted by those taking part in the parade, also promoting where and when the parade will take place.
