A chance to see lambing at first hand is being given at a Blubberhouses farm this weekend.
The Washburn Heritage Centre event takes place at Scaife Hall Farm on Sunday, April 6 and will be led by Chris Ryder.
Anyone interested – the visit is not suitable for pregnant women – should meet at the centre at 1.15pm before travelling on to the farm.
Lambing Live! costs £4 for adults, £1 for children (babies free) and should be booked in advance by sending an e-mail to Rachel Batchelor at centre@washburnvalley.org or calling (01943) 880794.
Fewston Church, meanwhile, will hold a combined Lambing and Family service on Sunday, May 4.
