An architect was due to give an update to councillors last night on a development of 30-plus houses planned for the village of Addingham.
Addingham Parish Council was expected to hear more information from Allison & McRae architects about a proposed planning application for land at Wharfe Park.
Discussions are taking place over the plot, bordered by Wharfe Park, Bark Lane and The Acres, which is marked as a possible housing site in a recent Bradford Council Strategic Housing Land Allocation Assessment (SHLAA).
Don McRae, of Allison & McRae, said discussions are still ongoing about the number of houses proposed β expected to be βin the 30sβ.
Talks are also taking place over the provision of social housing on the site. The Parish Council previously gave feedback on an earlier stage of the proposals.
No planning application has yet been submitted to Bradford Council.
