‘Spooktacular’ fun at Bolton Abbey
12:40pm Thursday 17th October 2013 in Local news
The Cavendish Pavilion on the Bolton Abbey Estate is playing host to a children’s Halloween party on Thursday, October 31, and is teaming up with the estate for a pumpkin trail during half term week.
The riverside venue will host its ‘Spooktacular’ children’s Halloween party from 4.30-6pm. Entry is free and includes party games, food and a goody bag.
There is also a Pumpkin Trail taking place throughout Strid Wood – where children have to find pumpkins and low-flying witches hidden among the trees.
The event is taking place between October 26 and November 3, from 10am to 4pm. It will finish at the Cavendish Pavilion where a free prize draw will take place.
Contact the pavilion on (01756) 710245 for more information about the Halloween Party or to book a place. Estate admission, of £7 per vehicle and £4 after 4pm, applies.
