Bradford Cathedral concert to aid Lord Mayor’s appeal

Bradford Cathedral hosts a special concert for the Lord Mayor’s Appeal on Saturday, February 16, featuring The Band of the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. Themed for Valentine’s Day, the band has a suitably romantic programme planned. The Lord Mayor, Ilkley councillor Dale Smith, will ‘Sprinkle a little Sunshine’ on the night to winners of the lucky ticket and lucky programme draw for wine, chocolate and roses. Tickets are £8 and £6 for students and under-18s and are available from the Cathedral (cash only) or from City Hall on (01274) 434965 and online at: thefireband.co.uk by debit/credit card.
