Otley: consent, agreement or approval required by condition 3 of Planning Application 11/04802/FU, 42 Kirkgate.

Otley: single-storey rear extension, 11 Grange View.

Pool-in-Wharfedale: amendment to application 11/03960/FU for single-storey side/rear extension; gable wall side extension with dormer to rear; porch with steps and railings and hard standing (change of materials), 18 Park Mount.

Pool-in-Wharfedale: two-storey side extension and conversion of garage to form habitable rooms, 12 Rowan Close.

Pool-in-Wharfedale: detached double garage with storage/ancillary accommodation over and external steps to side, Cranford, Mill Lane.

Rawdon: single-storey extension, front and rear dormers, 3 Greenacre Park.

Rawdon: illuminated sign to entrance canopy, 12 New Road Side.

Rawdon: single-storey side extension; single-story rear extension to lower ground floor with patio and railings above; lightwell to front, Woodlands Lodge, Woodlands Drive.

Yeadon: retrospective application for three illuminated signs, Bayfields Optometrist, 93 High Street.
