Otley's railway history is explored

A fascinating exploration of local railway history will be given at a talk in Ilkley next month.
By Rail to Otley, which takes place at Christchurch on Wednesday, February 20, will see Mike Dixon tracing the origins, and gradual disappearance of the Burley to Arthington link.
The presentation, which will include archive photographs, old maps and satellite views, starts at 7.30pm and costs £4, with proceeds going to the Christchurch Raise the Roof Fund.
