Michael Portillo and Paddy Ashdown to feature at Ilkley Literature Festival

Politicians Michael Portillo and Paddy Ashdown, and former ITN news presenter Sandy Gall, have joined the line-up for this year’s Ilkley Literature Festival.
They will join an already big-name programme this autumn, featuring Michael Palin, Sandi Toksvig, Jeremy Vine, Clare Balding and former poet laureate Sir Andrew Motion.
Also now confirmed are writers Jake Arnott, Darren Shann, Patrick Gale, Tom Holland, Pawel Huelle, and performance poet Roger McGough.
