Otley Courthouse's new manager Chloe Perry
A new era is about to begin at Otley Courthouse with the appointment of centre manager Chloe Perry.
Chloe will leave her current role as head of visitor services and estates at the Regents Park Open Air Theatre in London to take up the Otley position in late November.
Chloe will succeed Robbie Swale, who has moved to a new job in Northallerton after a successful two-and-a-half years in the post. Chloe has previously worked at Midlands Arts Centre, the Southbank Centre and Shakespeare’s Globe.
Chairman of the Courthouse's Board of Trustees, Dave Robson, said: “We’re delighted to have Chloe on board. She will bring a wealth of experience and energy to the Courthouse, and we are convinced she will help us continue the fantastic development of the organisa-tion. In the interim, between Robbie leaving and Chloe starting, we will have a variety of experienced staff and house managers running the building.
The venue’s autumn programme, meanwhile, is going strong, with six events already sold out and more looking likely to follow.
