Peace events to be held in district

A district-wide season celebrating Bradford’s peace heritage starts next week.
The Routes to Peace season takes place from March to July 2013, bringing together organisations aiming to engage people through a programme of events including exhibitions and peace work with young people.
Routes to Peace starts on Tuesday at the Peace Museum in Bradford from 5pm.
The event will be attended by local peacemakers and Olympic torch-bearers Brenda Thomson and Khalil Hussain and Bradford’s young Peacemakers – peer educators, children and young people from the district’s primary and secondary schools.
