Following the Loch Ness Marathon, which I ran on October 2 for the World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF UK), I would like to say a big thank you to Mel and Wayne, the Whittakers, Mia and staff at The Red Pepper for help with organising the fundraising race night, curry night and raffle.
I would also like to thank Chris at Korks, Steve at The Fleece, Otley Health and Martial Arts Centre, Waitrose, Paul Wilkinson and Lynn Marsh for donating prizes to the raffle. Lastly, I would like to thank everybody who attended the fundraising nights or donated money to WCRF UK. With everybody's generosity I managed to raise in excess of £850 for WCRF UK.
