FORDER Ian Barbara, Nicola, Ian and Hermionie wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends, neighbours and members of the Airedale and Wharfedale Crown Green Bowling Association for the many kind expressions of sympathy, letters, cards and generous donations received during their recent sad loss. A very special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff on the High Dependency Unit at Bradford Royal Infirmary, staff at Leeds General Infirmary and the Paramedics who attended Ian for all their kindness, care and attention, the Rev Graham Ensor for the lovely funeral service and Simon and staff at Denison's Funeral Service for all the arrangements.
