MAJOR resurfacing work is planned for the Staygate roundabout, at the end of the M606.
The work is scheduled to take place over three consecutive Sundays starting on September 30, continuing on October 7 and finishing on October 14.
The work is planned to start at 7.30am and be finished by 7pm on each day.
Over the course of the work Staithgate Lane, Rooley Ave, Rooley Lane and the M606 slip road will be closed on different days.
Diversions will be in place, and people are advised to expect delays and disruption and to seek alternative routes.
A Bradford Council spokesperson, said: "We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the essential resurfacing of this major roundabout.
"Given the high volume of traffic using this roundabout, we have scheduled the work to take place on Sundays when it is at its quietest.
“The resurfacing of the roundabout is necessary and although it is planned to take place outside of its busiest time it is still expected to cause disruption. We are advising people to use alternative routes and to avoid the area if possible."
