AN AWARD-WINNING comic who is a regular TV performer will bring her latest show to Otley next month.

Zoe Lyons took her first steps down the comedy path in 2003 after training as an actress at the Poor School in London.

She went on to win the Funny Women Competition in 2004 and her debut Edinburgh show was nominated for the if.comedy newcomer award.

Then in 2008 she won the Dave, Funniest Joke of The Fringe Award.

A frequent guest on BBC2's Mock the Week and Live at The Apollo shows, Zoe also appears regularly on Radio 4 where she has had extensive stints on The News Quiz,n Just A Minute, The Now Show and more.

She is also making her very own series for the radio station this year.

But does the comic have an idea about what she's doing in life - or is she the perfect example of an 'entry level human'?

That phrase is the name and subject of her new show which audiences in Otley can see on Saturday, September 22.

The performance - for those aged 14 and over - starts at 8pm and tickets cost £15.

They can be purchased by visiting www.otleycourthouse.org.uk, calling (01943) 467466 or popping into the Courthouse, on Courthouse Street.
