SOME of Otley's most picturesque spots were admired by Yorkshire in Bloom judges this week.
Otley in Bloom showed the guests around on Tuesday, July 17. Chair Katie Burnett said: "The day was a real success with the town showing itself off in the sunshine.
"Around the route we met representatives from Adlington House, All Saints C of E Primary School, Leeds City Council's Parks department and Otley allotments.
"The judges heard about the support we get for floral displays from Otley BID, and about Otley's three nature reserves. We also toured Wharfemeadows Park and showed them some of the heritage of the town."
