BBC presenters pushed a sofa through Guiseley as part of a 100-mile fundraising challenge.

Harry Gration, Amy Garcia and Paul Hudson were photographed by Maureen Pollard as they pushed and pulled the Look North sofa through Aireborough on Thursday.

The trio of presenters tramped from Leeds to Otley, via Horforth, Yeadon, Rawdon and Guiseley to raise money for Sport Relief and to mark 50 years of the show.

Setting off from Birstall on Thursday, March 15, the group followed a route that includes the North Yorkshire coastline and the wilderness of the Peak District. Leeds, Sheffield, York, Bradford and Otley were among 50 places on the route.

The BBC sofa was adapted for the event by Leeds City College students.

Yesterday should have been the end of the sofa challenge, but the snow meant the team had to reschedule their Bradford to Haworth leg to Friday - making that the final part of the route.
