CHILDREN at Kildwick CE Primary School have been learning about Ramadan and the festival of Eid.
As part of the project, they decorated cards and sent them to year-three pupils at Eastwood Primary School in Keighley.
In return, the Eastwood youngsters sent thank-you cards.
Kildwick class teacher Ruth Sharples has established a link with Eastwood counterpart Harriet Brewer and plans are in place to maintain that next year.
"It is good for community cohesion to form strong links with other local schools with differing cultural backgrounds," said Mrs Sharples.
