FORMER pupils of Skipton Girls’ High School and Ermysted’s Grammar School reunited at a school reunion in Skipton, raising £230 in the process for Manorlands Hospice.

The former pupils, who were celebrating 20 years since they completed their GCSEs, converged at the town's Ackroyd’s Wine Bar.

Aimi McNeill who arranged the joint event with Matthew Cox, said: “So many of us have kept in touch over the years and the friendships we’ve made during our time at school in Skipton have been very enduring. While we all now live in different parts of the country we felt it was about time we marked our 20 year milestone."

Matthew, added: “Manorlands is a place that is close to many of our hearts and we’re delighted to have been able to donate sales of the tickets to this amazing cause.”
