A PAIR of Wharfedale Royal Air Force Cadets have enjoyed a week of intense musical training.
Flight Sergeant Skye Donoghue and Corporal Matt Cryer, from the 1224 (Wharfedale) Squadron, took part in the Easter Training Camp of the National Marching Band of the RAF Cadets at RAF Halton.
The both played the marching snare drum during the week, which included a mixture of complex drill manoeuvres and challenging musical pieces.
They also had a chance to meet up with a former Wharfedale Squadron member, Bailey Ryan, who is currently training with the Royal Marines Band Service.
Following the National Marching Band's parade at the training camp Skye and Matt were both awarded their gold drummers badges.
A video of the performance is available on the Squadron's Facebook page - facebook.com/1224wharfedale/ .
