RESIDENTS in Pool-in-Wharfedale are being invited to find out more about a potential new housing development.
Taylor Wimpey is preparing an outline planning application for an up-to-70 property scheme on a site off the A659 Pool Road - where the main access would be - to the rear of Church Close.
A public exhibition and consultation to show the plans in more detail will be held at Pool Village Hall from 3.30pm to 6pm on Monday, February 20.
A website about the scheme, complete with a downloadable comments form, is also being readied with the application due to be submitted to Leeds City Council in a matter of weeks.
The proposed plot is currently earmarked for protection under Safeguarded Land status under city council's draft Site Allocations Plan.
