MORE than 600 people attended the sixth Addingham Beer Festival, held over two days in the Memorial Hall in Addingham.
The annual event, on October 7 and 8, raises money for local good causes and charities. Over the last six years more than £42,000 has been raised and distributed. Beneficiaries have included Addingham Cricket Club, Ilkley and District Good Neighbours Community Transport, Addingham Scouts, Cubs, Beavers and Brownies, many village amenities and groups including the village's Christmas lights, community library, allotments and civic society, as well as charities such as LS29 and Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Beer Festival committee member Mike Robertson said: "The committee would like to thank all their sponsors and supporters for making 2016 a real success."
