REAL ale and cider connoisseurs will descend on Ilkley on Friday and Saturday for the town's ninth annual beer festival at the King's Hall.
Event organisers Ilkley and District Round Table have confirmed more than 20,000 pints of real ale, beer and cider, as well as wine and soft drinks, have been ordered.
Food will again be provided by Lishman’s of Ilkley, with its famous pork pies, sausage rolls and pasties available at all three sessions.
The Friday evening session will run from 5.30pm to 11pm, the Saturday afternoon session from 11am to 4pm, and the Saturday evening session from 5pm to 11pm.
All of the sessions are now sold out, although it may be possible to buy tickets on the door. However, availability is not guaranteed and is subject to the capacity of the hall.
As at previous festivals, there will be entertainment provided for the Friday and Saturday evening sessions.
The event is a massive fundraiser for the Round Table. This year's festival, like its predecessors, will raise more than £40,000 for local charities and other worthy organisations within the Wharfedale district.
