GUISELEY AFC goalkeeper Steven Drench is to auction off the purple shirt he wore in the recent play-off final win over Chorley FC.
The shirt will be put under the hammer by the Guiseley AFC Supporters' Club on Tuesday evening at a social event arranged to watch the England v Switzerland game at the Guiseley Cricket & Football Social Club.
The auction will take place at half time, and the supporters' club are accepting bids prior to the evening via the whoputthebootin@gmail.com e-mail address.
Steven and his wife, Grace, are raising money for the charity Mind Manchester, in memory of Steven’s dad. Both Steven and Grace are also taking part in the Tough Mudder North West 2015 challenge to also raise money for the charity, and can be sponsored online at the justgiving.com/grace-drench web page.
