AN ILKLEY-based PR agency is celebrating continued success after being shortlisted for the Regional Campaign of the Year category at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations’ PRide awards.

Approach PR, which won the title in 2013 and took home the silver and gold category accolades in 2014 is in the running for the award for its work with the Country Living Christmas Fair in Harrogate.

The announcement marks the tenth consecutive year Approach PR has been shortlisted for the CIPR PRide awards which celebrates the most talented agencies and outstanding campaigns in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

The agency, which was founded in 2001 by Suzanne Watson, has over 24 industry and business awards and accolades, including the CIPR PRide Regional Campaign of the Year for its work with Bradford’s Rising Stars programme, its continued CSR public relations efforts for Ilkley Carnival and its media relations campaign to launch Sheffield-based barbecue restaurant, Smoke.

The annual Yorkshire and Lincolnshire CIPR PRide Awards will be held at Aspire, Leeds, on November 26.
