Ilkley Coffee Shop takes on Tesco giants and wins
ITALIAN Coffee Shop La Stazione threw down the gauntlet to supermarket giant Tesco to compete in a charity football match and won!
Max Crane and his team of staff and customers from La Stazione took on Ilkley Tesco staff and convincingly beat them 6-2, raising £270 for The Ilkley Candlelighters Children's Cancer Charity with Tesco donating their proceeds to Diabetes UK.
Max Crane would like to extend his thanks to Pendle Sportswear for the kit, Enzo at La Stazione for a generous raffle voucher and all the customers who so generously supported this charity event.
