A Mindfulness for Wellbeing and Dru Yoga Day Retreat is taking place on Sunday, May 10, from 10am-4pm at Clifton Village Hall near Otley.

Participants will enjoy a morning of yoga practice, suitable for everyone.

The afternoon will explore the evidence-based benefits of mindfulness practices on physical and emotional health and wellbeing. Try some mindfulness practices such as mindful walking, mindful eating, meditation and the body scan.

The retreat is being led by Chrissy Chelinski, Dru Yoga Teacher and Cathy Theaker, Wellbeing Practitioner.
