Rawdon-based air conditioning company Airedale International has promoted key account manager Asim Ansari to lead its export sales team.
His appointment as export sales manager follows closely on the opening of a new office in Moscow last autumn, with a further base soon to be established in Dubai.
Asim, who joined Airedale in 1990, said: “The business has for a long time recognised the importance of the export arena in evolving the business. As a result, the export sales team is working closely with our marketing and new product development teams to refine products for the global marketplace, as well as strengthening existing and developing new routes to market.”
Airedale International’s Rawdon based was hit by a serious fire in September. It has temporarily relocated while rebuilding work is carried out.
The firm has an office in Dubai and also recently opened an office in Moscow.
