ILKLEY: Demolition of existing garage and construction of new garage with first-floor office above and covered hot tub area to rear of garage on ground floor, Dalehurst, 2 Middleton Avenue. ILKLEY: First floor and room in roof side extension above garage to form new living space. Construction of extension to replace existing conservatory on side of property, 17 Beverley Rise.
