The following planning applications have been received by Leeds City Council:

Guiseley: two-storey and single-storey front, side and rear extension; porch to front, non- material amendment to 11/00842/FU: additional window to side (north west) of porch, 15 Southway. Guiseley: one pair of semi-detached houses to garden with associated landscaping and access, formation of new access for 24 Netherfield Road, 24 Netherfield Road. Guiseley: part two-storey, part single-storey side/rear extension, 31 Moorway.
Horsforth: Conservation Area application for demolition of single-storey office building, 3 Stoney Rise.
Otley: conservatory and alterations including raising roof height to form dormer windows to rear, 4 Prince Henrys Court. Otley: non-illuminated fascia sign and projecting sign, Lloyds Pharmacy, 35 Kirkgate. Otley: outline planning application for demolition of existing buildings and erect residential development, including means of access, land off East Busk Lane. Otley: ground-mounted solar array of 40 solar panels to field, Woodlands Farm, Yorkgate.
Rawdon: single-storey side and rear extension, 6 Southlands Avenue.
Yeadon: change of use of vacant land to domestic garden with retrospective fencing, 19 Briarlea Close. Yeadon: formation of external seating area to side of public house, The Clothiers, 56 High Street.
