The following planning applications have been received by Leeds City Council:
Guiseley: new pitched roof to existing two storey side/rear extension at 38 Tranfield Avenue. Guiseley: consent, agreement or approval required by conditions 6,8,9,10 and 13 of planning application 11/01843/FU at Edison Fields, Netherfield Road. Guiseley: alterations to front elevation including new entrance doors to Unit 5, Westside Retail Park, Leeds Road.
Guiseley: removal of condition 1 or application H28/61/85 to enable the sale of food and other convenience goods in an area larger than 20 per cent of the total ground floor space at Unit 5, Westside Retail Park. Guiseley: retrospective application for raised decking area with timber fence above, raised roof to existing single-storey extension to rear and ramped path with fence above to side of 10 Hawksworth Avenue.
Horsforth: four-storey office building with undercroft parking and associated side works, demolition of existing car showroom at Low Lane. Horsforth: single-storey extension including steps with railings above to side/ rear; new timber gates to driveway on side boundary at 12 Victoria Gardens.
Horsforth: retrospective application for two non-illuminated signs at Stanhope Court, Brownberrie Lane. Horsforth: extension of time of application 09/04130/FU for one detached house with detached double garage non-material amendment to 12/05411/FU: window material to alter to powder coated aluminium; wall material to alter to three course of charcoal brickwork; roof material to alter to interlocking concrete tiles and additional window to be installed at first floor to the north facing elevation at land south of 6 Woodland Croft.
Horsforth: alterations including new pitched roofs to existing flat roofs and raised decking area with timber screen and balustrading above to rear of 20 Greenbanks Drive. Horsforth: 2m fence to side and rear including access to 52 Long Row.
Otley: single-storey rear and side extension at 102 Bradford Road. Otley: 1 non-illuminated fascia sign and 1 externally-illuminated projecting sign at 29-31 Kirkgate. Otley: alterations to form part new frontage, removal of existing tree and form two new planted areas at Skipton Building Society, 34 Boroughgate.
Rawdon: convert part of garage into habitable room, pitched roof to garage, porch to front, single-storey rear extension, balconies to rear and side with glazed handrails, new steps at side down to garden non-material amendment. 1 Add shower room window. 2 remove Juliet balcony. 3 larger bi-folding doors, at 2 Highfield Drive.
Yeadon: two-storey/single-storey rear extension with dormer window to rear of 6 St John’s Court.
