Otley Town Partnership is issuing invitation to an open day

Otley Town Partnership is inviting other community and business groups to attend its open evening.
The partnership is hoping to welcome representatives from as many other local organisations as possible when it holds the event from 6.30pm to 8.30pm on Wednesday, March 20.
Based at the group's Mercury Row office, the evening will begin with welcoming drinks followed by a short presentation by chairman Peter Heald.
There will then be a networking opportunity, with light refreshments, and an opportunity for other organisations to make a short presentation – anyone interested in doing so should send an e-mail first to jane@otleytownpartnership.org so suitable arrangements can be made.
To help with catering arrangements, the partnership is asking anybody intending to come along to confirm their attendance by Friday, March 15.
Although its offices are on the first floor and only accessible by a single flight of stairs, members are also keen to stress that they will be pleased to assist anyone who needs help on the night.
