People living in Aireborough are being invited to make their views known about a blueprint for future development across the whole of Leeds.

Last year Leeds City Council published its core strategy – a development blueprint that could see up to 70,000 properties built around the city by 2028.

A revised version of that strategy has been put out for public consultation and comments with a deadline of February 18.

The Aireborough Neighbourhood Forum is currently reviewing the strategy and is asking local people for their opinions.

Anyone who wants to discuss the document or comment on it is asked to get in touch. The forum can be contacted by e-mailing jakirkby@btconnect.com or by ringing Jennifer Kirkby on (01943) 878046.

The forum is also offering to hold a meeting to discuss the strategy if enough people are interested.

For more information about the document, visit leeds.gov.uk/ldf and follow the Core Strategy links under the related pages tab.

Copies can also be seen at libraries or can be requested by post by e-mailing ldf@leeds.gov.uk or by calling (0113) 247 8092.
