New Yeadon club up and running

A new running club for complete beginners has been launched in Yeadon.
The Tarn Trotters ‘jog 2 run’ group met for the first time on Sunday, January 13, offering beginners the chance to become more physically active.
Sessions will be run by a volunteer who is a fully qualified run leader. Each session costs £1 and includes the use of Leeds Sailing and Activity Centre’s meeting room, showers and changing facilities. The group meets at Yeadon Tarn at 10am on Sundays.
