Never believe the old adage “there’s no smoke without fire” say Yeadon Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society.
Word seems to have spread that there are no tickets left for their eagerly-awaited Christmas Concert tomorrow night at Yeadon Town Hall.
It’s true that lots of tickets have been sold but there are also some still remaining.
Joan Graham, booking manager, said: “We would hate anyone to miss the concert thinking that we were full.
“There are a few seats left so anyone who fancies a night of festive carols and music should get to Yeadon Town Hall on Friday for a 7.30 start.”
Mulled wine and mince pies will be served and the society is promising the audience great singing and great fun.
As well as choir carols, Otley Brass Band, led by their 18-year-old conductor, will also be playing festive favourites.
