Otley guide and scouts revive festive fair

Otley Parish Scouts and Guides will hold their first Christmas fair in more than a decade next weekend.
The event will feature a “wheel of fortune”, a prize-winning card game, mulled wine and a tombola.
It will take place at the group’s hut, which is based on Burras Lane, from noon to 3pm on Saturday, December 8.
The fair will raise money to pay for improvements to the venue.
Other attractions on the day will include bric-a-brac stalls, dog-tag making, refreshments and a visit from Father Christmas.
