Dedications will be made to loved ones at Yeadon’s annual Tree of Lights.
People are invited to dedicate a light on a Christmas tree at Yeadon Town Hall to someone special or to the memory of a loved one.
It has been organised for many years by The Yeadon Project to raise money for flowers in the town.
Now that the project has been disbanded the fund-raising initiative has been taken over by Yeadon Town Hall Users Group.
All the names will be read at the Tree of Lights ceremony, which starts at 6.30pm for 7pm, at Yeadon Town Hall on Monday, December 10.
The event will include musical performances, carol singing and a nativity by Rufford Park Pchool.
