Village councillors are recommending refusal of permission for new proposals to house a convenience store in an extended Burley-in-Wharfedale Library.
Burley Parish Coun-cil’s Planning Commit-tee met on Tuesday night to debate its response to the latest application for the Grange Road library.
Members have con-cerns about transport and highways issues associated with the Co-operative Group’s plan for the building.
