Ilkley’s Pat Thommesen has landed her dream job, which involves having to ‘put herself in other people’s shoes’ in order to provide the best possible service
An Ilkley woman has landed her dream job at Bradford-based Nicholas Associates.
Having been a client of the company, which is part of Stafforce, Pat Thommesen has stepped into the role of commercial business manager.
She first came across the Relay Recruitment arm of the Stafforce business when she worked for Bradford-based conveyancers Hammonds Direct.
She was always impressed with the quality of the commercial candidates the company supplied and, as a result of this, she chose to use the company’s services again when she joined Provident Personal Credit as customer contact centre manager.
Recognising her potential, Nicholas Associates appointed her to the client-facing post, with a remit to further enhance the company’s commercial recruitment services.
In her new role, Pat will work with companies across a wide range of sectors to provide the right calibre of staff to employers across the region.
