Ilkley estate agents shortlisted for award
ILKLEY estate agents Dale Eddison have been shortlisted for a prestigious regional award.
The firm, based on The Grove, is among eight agents vying for gold or silver Estate Agent and Letting Agent Awards 2008 sponsord by the property search group, Findaproperty.com and supported by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Dale Eddison will be going for a hat-trick of wins, having got a Silver Award in 2006 and the Gold Award for the Best Estate Agent in the Yorkshire/Humberside reion in 2007.
The other shortlisted finalists for Yorkshire and the Humber are: Coalters Estate Agents, Dacre, Son & Hartley (Shipley), Hudson Moody, Matthew Limb Estate Agents, Reeds Rains (Haxby), Thornton Holbrough Ltd, Your Move (Leeds).
The results of the competition are determined by research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent.
The awards will be presented by TV personality Phil Spencer of Channel 4's Location, Location, Location, on April 8.
