The children completed in all four swimming strokes, including a medley and a relay.

Louise Dobson, Head of Girls Games at Westville House School said: “The Jubilee Gala is an event at which we always enjoy competing. The atmosphere is fantastic, with all teams and spectators giving enthusiastic support to everyone. It is a brilliant achievement for Westville House to win not only the team event for a fourth consecutive time but also the boy’s team event for a second year running.

"It is a testament to all the hard work the team has put in and also to the fantastic coaches here at Ilkley pool who teach the children at their weekly school swimming lessons.”
